Intimate does not mean understated. Custom monograms, macaron towers, hand-lettered welcome signs and dessert tables designed as carefully as any reception.

Corporate & Political Events

Where the room
has to work.

For organizations, campaigns and public figures, an event is a statement. We plan with that in mind: precise run-of-show, careful guest and press management, and design that reflects the host without distracting from the message.

Washington, D.C.

The capital’s
great rooms.

Washington asks more of an event: tighter security, stricter protocol, guest lists where every seat carries meaning. We bring the same design sensibility to the city’s landmark halls, historic mansions and hotel ballrooms — for weddings, galas, receptions and political occasions alike.

Lafayette Square The Hay-Adams A storied hotel across from the White House, with an intimate rooftop for receptions above the city.
Federal Triangle Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium A neoclassical Great Hall of soaring columns, made for galas and high-profile receptions.
Judiciary Square National Building Museum A monumental Great Hall with towering Corinthian columns, for the city’s largest dinners.
Embassy Row Anderson House A Gilded Age mansion built for entertaining statesmen, still among the city’s most elegant settings.
Meridian Hill Meridian House A historic residence with formal gardens and a linden allée, ideal for diplomatic receptions and weddings.
Pennsylvania Avenue The Willard InterContinental A grand hotel steps from the White House, with ballrooms steeped in the city’s political history.
Penn Quarter National Archives Rotunda galleries that offer one of the most distinctive indoor settings downtown.
Pennsylvania Ave & 17th Renwick Gallery The Smithsonian’s Second Empire gallery of craft and design, a memorable backdrop for an evening event.

A selection of venues we plan for. Availability and booking are subject to each venue’s own policies; we guide clients through every step.
